– Hire Wedding Planner

Wedding Planning

Our Wedding Planning service begins with a complimentary initial consultation, where we get to know your vision and preferences. Throughout the planning process, we will serve as your primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication amongst all vendors. We take pride in crafting and executing a comprehensive wedding planning timeline tailored to your needs. Our service includes suggesting and reserving all necessary wedding vendors, such as selecting the venue, caterer, bakery, entertainment, hotel accommodations, rentals, photography, videography, transportation, and more. To keep you on track, we provide monthly check-in meetings and detailed to-do lists. As your wedding day approaches, we conduct a final walkthrough of the venue and prepare a detailed master itinerary. On your special day, our dedicated team, consisting of your Lead Planner and an Assistant, will be on hand to oversee every detail. We will handle rehearsal and ceremony orchestration and take care of setting up and striking your personal items.

Wedding Coordination

With our Wedding Coordination service, we start with a complimentary initial consultation to discuss your wedding plans. Three months prior to your event, we schedule a detailed planning meeting and transition to being your primary vendor contact at this crucial stage. We assist in suggesting and reserving any additional vendors you might need, such as transportation, photo booths, or late-night snacks. A final walkthrough of the venue is included, along with the preparation of a detailed master itinerary. On your wedding day, both your Lead Coordinator and an Assistant will be present to ensure everything runs smoothly. We will handle rehearsal and ceremony orchestration and manage the setup and takedown of your personal items. 

Do you love to plan but need a professional to ensure your plans are executed flawlessly? Then this is the perfect package for you. You will have access to your Coordinator via phone and email from the time of booking. Need additional consultations prior to the 3-month mark? No problem, we can add those on a la carte to be sure that you feel confident in your wedding plans.
